Technical Department is in charge of project management, with a specific work group for each project. The management includes a project manager, for the global project management aiding all the departments concerned. The planning manager constantly supervises the adjustment/upgrading of the work schedules and purchasing schedules, based on the needs of the customer, that may vary during the performance of the project. We have installation managers for the direct management of the works, aiding and directly interfacing with the technical/production department of the customer. All the staff receives constant training to be always up to date with the new international trade standards and regulations.
